I saw their #Glasto set, and thought it was quite good, nice sound, slightly rocky, with metal hints.

Their current release, being played a lot, is I Care. It is nice,catchy, an #Earworm without question.

I just don't know if I like them. If am just not sure if it sounds a bit too bland, to US MoR for my liking.

I am just interested in other views.

Britain has an amazing festival circuit. There are so many fantastic weekends to enjoy over the summer. And Brits really know how to enjoy a festival. Some of the best examples I've experienced of spontaneous community and comaradary have happened at festivals.

1/3 So here it is, my final Glastonbury comment for 2023 and won’t repeat what I have said in my prior posts. Interested? Look on my timeline. I really love new bands and strive to seek them out but as we were beholden to the BBC coverage on iPlayer it was a very constrained picture. I really want to like Black Country New Road but found the set pretty boring and confusing - perhaps self indulgent - the crowd seemed to love them.

We did watch quite a few bands today on BBC iPlayer but the outstanding ones were S P A R K S , with Hozier a distant second. Chvrches, Texas (not a massive fan but they were so professional).
