Day 5 of #RWRunStreak and still going strong! Physio said I'm ok to start gradually building up, so today stretched out to 1.6 miles fartlek intervals.
Felt great, still catching up with stamina but that will come (also did a 45 minute spin class this morning so legs are a bit smashed already!) plus, new trainers have arrived and they are awesomesauce! 🥳🥳🥳
