@Stilling To improve rigidity, just finished attaching a new second spindle holder to my SainSmart Genmitsu 4030 ProxerXL CNC aluminum router. Also replaced my clogged MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) sprayer with a new dual sprayer.

After tightening the spindle, moving it down a bit and trying to reduce cantilever by gripping the spindle as close to the tool as possible, this is a second pass with otherwise same parameters. This could all be considered rough pass, since I'm not doing any finish passes yet. Thanks @Stilling for the advice.

Here's my SeinSmart Genmitsu 4030 ProxerXL in its new robot box. I've tried to tighten up the spindle and tool a bit for another pass.

I plan to buy longer hex wrenches tomorrow to get more leverage.

This is working on 3/8 in / ~9.5 mm thick 6061 aluminum at 100 mm / minute with a 3.175 mm flat tool at 0.5 mm depth per pass with a custom gcode generator.

I love the way the large, frameless #CNC-cut projection panels have turned out, made by the American University, Cairo.
We made small samples on a #Sainsmart #Genmitsu machine in wood, cardboard, aluminium, acrylic and home-pressed HDPE plastic, and in cardboard on a #Cricut.
