CW: Baking, Blueberry Crème Brûlée Cheesecake
Had the idea for a blueberry crème brûlée cheesecake a few weeks ago and finally made it for last night! Graham cracker crust, frozen blueberries, and a vanilla-paste batter instead of extract. After baking and taking out, I sprinkled the top liberally in turbinado and torched each slice for the crunchy top!
Would definitely make this again!
