Got a burst of "gotta bake" energy so now there's a blueberry pound cake in a bundt pan in the oven. We'll see in an hour or so how it comes out.

First time ever I use a #decanter and large bowl wine glasses. Having this #Barbera with an appetiser of salami, cheese and crackers and then #pasta with #amatriciana. I didn't have the best impression of Barbera on my first try so this time decided to go for a Superiore. You do taste the difference. It doesn't have the complexity of a Nebbiolo but it's a great #wine! Taste of #blueberries and #smoke I'd say. #winetasting #winelover #winegeek
