Everyone helping takes the pressure off us all. One person can't take it all on yet sadly it's often the case.

What have you that you don't need? They lost everything so isn't there something you can give up to help them get a little peace of mind foort a moment. Where a box of groceries is a rare thing we always have something to offer up.

We can never forget this, many will try, but we will never, ever forget any of this should never have been allowed to happen.Those haunted by it will haunt those in denial. Those going through it will be forever in our hearts. This has to end.

I was ignorant, but I began to learn with a compassionate heart, I will never stop learning, never stop helping heal the harm the world does. I will never be able to look at anyone of not feel shame, but I do not stop trying.

If you do not want to see children being starved then stop the genocide so they may live. If you can't do that donate so they may eat. If you can't do that share so they may be seen. If you can't do that then where is your heart?

Everyone should be living their lives. Sitting in their warm house, filled with love. Enjoying life in peace and comfort, not this, what words can make people see? I'll keep searching for them and helping.

You have something in your house to sell or you have a voice to talk of this or ability to create something to help share, you have power that if you put it to use for them it will bring you a better life too.

I often think that there are levels to helping, our ability, our capability can be different, but I think we can all understand when an need is important and effective. I can share! I can donate! I can help!

We must be the creators of hope, not the holders. We have to understand that many of us are privileged and to make it so we can be proud of our actions, not leaving people to suffer.

If you are unsure of what action to take then share or donate to a Palestinian fundraiser today, when we lift up others we also elevate ourselves and when we fight for freedom for all we ourselves are freed.

The world will never wash the blood off its hands. But giving into despair is a luxury we far removed from a genocide have, if nothing else I'll keep helping in my small way.

I swear no matter what I say it isn't reaching, but that doesn't mean I'll stop helping, I just hope things will improve because the genocide hasn't ended.

If every Palestinian can face hell and still keep their grace and kindness then we can muster up strength for another day of trying to help them out of it. Again, share everything, spread hope even if you don't feel hopeful.
