I was ignorant, but I began to learn with a compassionate heart, I will never stop learning, never stop helping heal the harm the world does. I will never be able to look at anyone of not feel shame, but I do not stop trying.

If I didn't believe in better I wouldn't be here every day, but belief in better is not a foolish starry-eyed whimsy of the moment, it's the hard knowledge of suffering honed to a point of action to prevent further pain.

We must be the creators of hope, not the holders. We have to understand that many of us are privileged and to make it so we can be proud of our actions, not leaving people to suffer.

People need so much more than they're getting, they are nothing but grateful forr the help, but we need to understand how much of a need there is. We need to organise better care.

I keep asking why I'm here. It's because maybe I can help. Maybe you can too. No one should be left hungry, we push back again that by caring. We change the world by actions of care not discourse.

What words will make people care? Can you find them? Or can you just help without prompting?

You post a lot I know that's a common thought, because yeah so does everyone and they aren't sharing for people starving and at risk constantly. You're more likely to see a cute animal video than away to help and that's by design.

If there is a ceasefire then the world needs to undo all the harm it has allowed these last two years. It needs to heal the wounds of every Palestinian. To rebuild and cure the land that it has allowed to be decimated.

I need our friends to be the word in every conversation of what we should be doing, what care we should be taking. I want them to have the care they deserve and are owed.

Enough is not a word we should use when helping.

The nights of nightmares, the sleep lost, the heart ache of every day trying and failing will be something that'll mark me, but the moments of help gained, of support found will bolster me up. I refuse to quit. They don't, I won't.

Every hardship has many facets, not just hunger, nor exposure to the elements, not just fear and danger, but all of it together. Please, help however you can, no one should be allow this to pass without helping.

Be their strength, be their help, they deserves this at the least and so much more besides.

What have you that you don't need? They lost everything so isn't there something you can give up to help them get a little peace of mind foort a moment. Where a box of groceries is a rare thing we always have something to offer up.
