    So the news reported that he spend 1.8 mil of the 2.5 mil funds raised on buying friend.com, BUT it's using a payment plan so he doesn't need to pay upfront, and can stop payments at any time.

    Still, raising 2.5 mil on vibes alone, for an AI powered 'not an imaginary friend' necklace... is just one of many signs that shouting AI is still a good way to gather money. And the bubble is still growing bigger.
