One of my main problems with the Rephrasing Advice Lists for #Tarot is that they all too often presume that the relationship is going great and just encouraging the doubtful partners to try harder instead of getting to the truth.

I'm trying to remember that it may not always be like this (#fortunetelling #cognitiveDistortion). But right now, basically find after most days of #therapy I'm like "my clients are awesome and I love doing this". I'm even enjoying doing clinical notes. Of course, all of this is also related to the fact that right now I'm not overwhelmed with clients; I've got the time to feel like I can focus on each one.
