👨‍⚖️ Prozessbesuch in Düsseldorf beim Budapest-Verfahren 🥶

Mittlerweile läuft das Verfahren gegen sechs jungen Antifaschist:innen vor dem Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf seit sieben Monaten, über 30 Verhandlungstage fanden statt. Am 18. August war erneut Professor Dr. Eisenmenger geladen seines Zeichens Rechtsmediziner. Er sollte zu möglichen Tatwerkzeugen sowie potentiellen Folgen des Einsatzes von Schlagwerkzeugen ein Gutachten vorlegen.

GELBART / Experimental pop, Berlin, 2005–present. 20+ records, two short films, one sci-fi novel, and roughly 500 bunnies. Gelbart's shows combine synths, guitar, bass clarinet, vocoder, and self-built blipping machines, all handled at once by one person, with visuals synced on top. Absurd, DIY, and weirdly consistent: a mirror-universe where high-brow and low-brow clash and something like pop comes out.

👩‍⚖️ BGH: Linas Schweigen im Antifa-Ost-Prozess wird mit sechs Monaten Beugehaft bestraft! 👮

Der Bundesgerichtshof hat entschieden: Lina E. muss wegen ihrer Aussageverweigerung im Antifa-Ost-Prozess sechs Monate in Beugehaft bleiben.

Lina E. war bereits zu fünf Jahren und drei Monaten Haft verurteilt worden. Vor dem OLG Dresden sollte sie als Zeugin zu Taten aussagen, wegen derer sie selbst verurteilt wurde. Sie verweigerte die Aussage und berief sich auf ihr Recht, sich nicht selbst belasten zu müssen.

Der BGH sieht darin keine ausreichende Gefahr der Selbstbelastung und hält die Beugehaft für verhältnismäßig. Entscheidend sei das „umfangreiche Wissen“ der Zeugin über die verurteilte Vereinigung.

Formal ist Beugehaft keine Strafe. Praktisch bedeutet die Entscheidung aber: Wer konsequent schweigt und keine Aussage macht, muss mit der maximalen Dauer der Beugehaft rechnen.

Aus einem Mittel zur Erzwingung einer Aussage wird für Betroffene faktisch eine Strafe für ihr Schweigen.

Dmitrii Chunosov darf den Tag als Geburtstag feiern, denn er kann froh sein, dass die Hamburger Polizei ihn nicht gleich erschossen oder so fixiert hat, dass er erstickt ist.

Was ihm die Polizei angetan hat, das fällt unter den üblichen Umgangston der Hamburger Polizei, und auch andere Polizeibehörden hierzulande: queere und migrantisch gelesene Menschen werden misshandelt, geschlagen und schlimmeres.

Ich sprach kürzlich für @RDL mit einem wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeit der Nationalen Stelle zur Verhütung von Folter, der im Gespräch u.a. auch brutale Fesselungsmethoden der Hamburger Polizei kritisierte.

Queer Tours for All - Gay and Sapphic Schöneberg

This tour covers Lotte Hahm who founded Germany’s first trans club in the 20s, the friendship and works of Erika Mann and Isherwood along with numerous other artists, as well as how the NS regime changed everything overnight. 

Language:
All tours offered in English and/or German. We will do single or dual-language depending on participation.

Everyone deserves access to culture and history. The tour has a sliding-scale that assures the guide gets a chance at a fair wage and the guests a chance at an exceptional tour. 0€ - 60€ per person

Mal (they/them/kein:e) has been guiding for 20 years and is deeply embedded in the nightlife and political communities of Berlin, including producing content for LSVD MILES and numerous queer and feminist orgs visiting or in the city. Upsi (she/her) works as a disabilities assistant-person and helps to facilitate organisation. We will always end somewhere with food, bars/clubs, and public transportation.
