FIRMS est imparfait, et ces cartes doivent être considérées avec des réserves, d’autant que les survols par les satellites d’observation de la NASA sont intermittents, ce qui explique que parfois, pendant de larges plages de temps, aucun contour n’est modifié.
N’empêche, l’évolution autour de Marcheprime, je trouve ça flippant.

Pour avoir une idée des directions des panaches de fumée, il y a plusieurs calques sur FIRMS, qui produisent des données assez hétérogènes. Ça donne des idées souvent imprécises, mais ce sont des informations supplémentaires.
