BTW, I highly recommend VFX artists edit as often as they can. You'll get a much better idea of where all the notes came from, why they came, and how to make stronger creative decisions to not get those notes in the first place. The real job is not to make the visual effect the "coolest" thing ever. It's to help tell a story.
