Our overwinter supplemental indoor greens grow experiment continues this year. Starting out with a kale mix and Tuscan kale. Simple setup gives us baby greens on the regular for little effort. We had a breakfast tortilla this morning with eggs, baby kale, and green Chile.
Setup is easy... Grow light (12 hours per day), pot, soil, seeds and regular watering. This setup doesn't require a lot of space.
