If there's no food, she loafs on the decking and glares at me..

(But vanishes when I go outside)

#feralcat spotted! After no-shows for over a week..

She saw Lusha, and hopped on the wall.

*But did not run away*

So I threw some treats which didn't startle her, she even posed to glare at my dog before eating them. Progress!

Her fur looked in better condition, tail still bald but I couldn't see very well.

If injured, it's healing now and not bothering her visibly.

Also got the (briefest) glimpse of the Other White Cat from window - it's panicked rear-end disappearing 🙄 Not the same cat.

Cat came to eat the food!!

No sign of the white (lynx point?) cat for 3 days, but it WAS raining and today Very Noisy.

Saw the little white cat again last night.

Just a panicked blur streaking past the window at speed.

I'd left some food out, hoping it might come back.

- Same time as previous sighting (dusk)
- Totally ignored the food 😞

It *shot* past the window, so probably didn't notice the food..

Will try again with Wet food tonight

We also sneaked past the "road blocked" signs and past the feral cat colony.

This beautiful girl is probably a half-sibling of Cappuccino.

- Still don't see any kittens this year (yay)
- The cats look very sickly and thin (nooo!)

Something happened to her tail and she has a gross tick on her face. I'm petting a different cat, so that she accepts that I'm not a threat.

This is the closest I've ever been to her! (With a dog too!)

Yay, Tux finally showed up again, I hadn't seen him in a few weeks I think. He did show up last week when I wasn't home, my husband fed him. But I was happy to see him today, he got some wet food and he chilled out on the porch for a while after he had eaten. The hissing still hasn't lessened 😁

Tux has (unfortunately) successfully driven away his mama and taken her place by the back door. He has even mastered the "I'm cute and hungry" look. What a handsome boy he is though ♥️

At the moment there isn't much I can do about his mama except look after her if she shows up again. Such is the life of stray cats I guess. 🙁

This fine gentleman failed to show up for supper last night, leaving me to worry because he is usually very punctual. But he just showed up to politely ask for a snack. 😅 This is still the closest he'll get to me, no matter how hungry he is.

Human-very handsome feral cat boy relations took a huge step forward today! Dorian was a half hour early today, about 15 minutes early for my normal prep time, so I had to rush to get something out to him. He has progressively gotten closer to me over the last few months, but he is never within reach by the time I get to the shelf. Until today.
