I was skeptical. I thought, 'They're gonna make me look like a Trump voting evangelical pastor wife.'

The box came last night. I tried them on after the walk with Benson.

I'm keeping them: jeans, blazer, sweater, top, and a pair of white platform Dr Scholl's sneakers that are very orthopedic yet cute.

We took a lyft to daycare and it was LOVELY.

Ok, Benson went a little nuts because of his muzzle, and was too big for the footwell he needed to sit in, but he eventually calmed down. The driver, who looked like a roadie for Limp Biscuit (sp? Bizkit? Biscit? Whatever. You know what I mean.) was cool.

Adorably, Benson was a little clingy when I handed him off. He's usually ready to bounce into their care. This morning, he wanted to stick by me. Probably because of his 💩 situation.

And now I feel like a bad dog mom because I didn't take some extra time to soothe him out after the car ride. Being a Mama is hard.

I look cute, though.
