I like the idea of bad guys that are all bad, that are clear in their badness, that aren't trying to convince you that they're actually doing good while they're doing bad. If this guy was running for office you'd know right away what to expect.

Smallest possible pieces

Excellence is the next five minutes, improvement is the next five minutes, happiness is the next five minutes. This doesn’t mean you ingore planning. I encourage you to make ambitious plans.
