Alle reden über Gender Pay Gap. Zu Recht. Aber wie sieht es mit #MigrationPayGap aus? Das ZEW kam 2008 auf 11 %. Englischer Rechtsanwält*innenverband The Law Society nennt 8 bis 25 % #EthnicityPayGap (https://www.lawsociety.org.uk/topics/ethnic-minority-lawyers/ethnicity-pay-gap-do-we-really-need-it). Was für einen €-Betrag macht das wohl aus in 25 Jahren als freier Journalist...???
