1. exported my Google Fit data using Google Takout.
2. converted my 'Activities' from #tcx to #gpx using tcx2pgx https://pypi.org/project/tcx2gpx/
(but I probably could have used #gpsbabel)
3. now bulk importing 1000+ gpx tracks into #endurain
