The phone app for my #EmberMug disconnected, wouldn't reconnect even after following all directions, and wouldn't let me log out. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed everything. It took me several days to think of this. Hope this helps.

Because of a friend, I recently bought myself something I thought would be “just okay” but turned out to be absolutely amazing. I love it. An #embermug. It’s way smarter than I expected. My work environment is just that much better because of it. Highly recommend. We only have one disagreement. It knows to stop heating should the mug become empty. We disagree on the meaning of “empty”. My empty is less coffee than its empty.
