Zur #PTBS_Selbsthilfe gehört für mich:

🟡 #Eigensinn in Bezug darauf, was mir gut tut, wie und auch: wann. Ich bestimme mein Tempo und die Themen, die gerade dran sind selbst. Ich achte meine Gefühle und Wahrnehmungen. Ich darf und will einen eigenen Weg in meinem Leben gehen. Eigene Entscheidungen zu treffen und #Selbstbestimmung ist mir wichtig (Kontra Fremdbestimmung).

🟥 #Selbstschutz und Abgrenzung zu Ideen, Aktivitäten und Menschen, die mir nicht gut tun! Dazu gehört auch die Auswahl an vermeintlichen Hilfen. Auch wenn 90% von Betroffenen von der Hilfe XY profitieren und ich eben nicht, dann ist es eben so. Auch der Zeitpunkt muss für mich passend sein. Für mich. Weil es um mein Leben geht.

🟢 Stärkung der #Eigenverantwortung (im positivem Sinne, nicht wie in den Pandemiejahren zweckentfremdet): Ich über nehme für mein Leben, und mein Wohlbefinden Verantwortung. Ich warte nicht drauf, dass irgendwer meine Probleme löst, sondern werde selbst aktiv. Natürlich kann das auch beinhalten Unterstützung und Anregungen von anderen Menschen zu suchen.

💚 Stärkung der #Selbstwirksamkeit : Ist ein tolles Gefühl, wenn man spürt: Ich kann was bewirken! Wow, ich kann das auch allein!

💚 Stärkung #Selbstbewusstsein über die eigenen Stärken. Gerade Menschen, die schon viel durchgestanden haben, haben enorm viele Kräfte, die ihnen aber oft nicht so bewusst sind. Aber sie haben viel erlebt, überlebt und daher auch Fähigkeiten erworben damit fertig zu werden. Man kann ihnen also durchaus auch etwas zutrauen. Sie sich selbst auch!

💬 Und schließlich natürlich aber auch: #Kooperation, #Miteinander! Einander beistehen. #TraumaBubble Selbst um Rat und Hilfe fragen können #PTBS_Frage und in anderen Zeiten wiederum anderen helfen! Auch das gehört zur Selbsthilfe.
