Visited an old church on the Northern tip of the island. The story goes that the man who built it married a Moorish woman and thus decorated the church with tiles from her homeland. Some of which can still be seen at the altar... along with the xmas decs they've not yet taken down. 😆
It survived a fire about 20yrs go and was rebuilt again. The majority of the stained glass and pews survived as the fire was mostly contained to the roof.
