Remember my long thread two months ago which was (in part) about dealing with a durable medical equipment supplier failing to ship Uncle his incontinence supplies and the hours I spent trying to get that straightened out?
Well, guess what, they didn't ship in June or July either, and now my uncle is completely out of supplies again.
