In an ideal world, this will be the last update I post in my saga about trying to get #Edgepark to stop delaying my uncle’s monthly shipments of incontinence supplies.

My uncle’s supplies arrived, a few days after Edgepark said they were (finally) shipping them.

And then today, a rep from Edgepark’s “patient advocacy” team called me to discuss the repeated delays in my uncle’s orders.
