There's a protest against increasing public transport fares today at 5:30 on Merrion Street in Dublin city.

Increasing fares will increase people driving instead of taking the bus, which will increase traffic during rush hours, so traffic jams & pollution.

So: waste time, money, achieve nothing. 🙄

I'd appreciate anyone who could make time to turn up, be counted and try prevent a problem so we're not stuck trying to fix that mess.

Just downloaded this app (h/t @MacDaraConroy), and had a fustar around - I really like its privacy-focused very minimal use of personal data, and the user interface is very intuitive.

A journey-planning feature is in the works, too, apparently.
