  6. Fermentation is wild. 😅 This batter was fermented for almost 25 hours. So irresistibly bubbly. 🍜 Made an egg #dosai for #lunch, and heated up some tomato sambar.

  8. The #dosai are here and they are GORGEOUSLY YUM On the side is a sambar, coconut potato bhaji, two kinds of coconut chutney - one with tomato and the other one with coriander. Don't want to toot my own horn but the chutneys are some of the best I have ever made. 🤤😍 #india #food #dinner #chutney
