Lunch today was at #DockingBay7, and I had the Adelphi Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken Tip-Yip with pancetta, toasted herb breadcrumbs, and sweet and spicy chili sauce.

I looked at the plate and wondered what the plastic object was. Upon closer inspection, it's kind of like a vial, which I've seen on dishes elsewhere to dispense soy sauce or other sauces. #BlackSpireOutpost #Batuu #Disneyland 1/3

The Vintian Mineral Mousse at Docking Bay 7 is a layered dessert with chocolate mousse and banana brûlée, strawberry mousse, and vanilla chantilly. Served on chocolate crumble and topped with a cherry, it resembles alien minerals. Priced around $8 and available via Mobile Order.

We tried the new dessert - Kashyyyk Cake - brownie base, raspberry sauce, tiramisu, and dark chocolate mousse. The dessert was fine, but it was basically mousse on a brownie. There was very little raspberry sauce and no hint of tiramisu. The red blobs were like waxy, very sweet rice krispie treats. Lunch yesterday was at #DockingBay7 for the #LifeDay #LifeDay2025 offerings. We shared the Kublag Curry - herb rice, curry-spiced shrimp, creamy chicken curry, cilantro, and feta crumbles. We ordered it without the cilantro on top. That was an amazing dish, such good flavor. I really enjoyed it. I also had the zeltros mousse (vanilla bean mousse, strawberry creme, strawberry crunch crust, banana soil and chocolate caviar). I got lured in by the promise of vanilla bean mousse. Unfortunately, as you can see from the inside, there was more strawberry than vanilla bean, so it was much sweeter than I liked. Lunch today was at #DockingBay7 . I had the "surabat noodles with crispy marinated eopie" (lo mein noodles, bok choy, ground pork and togarashi pork rinds). I really enjoyed the dish, which was nicely seasoned. The noodles were a little dry. It didn't need a full-blown sauce per se, but just a little bit of moisture would have made it better. #BlackSpireOutpost #GalaxysEdge

We did the #DockingBay7FoodAndCargoNighttimeGathering last night at #BlackSpireOutpost at #Disneyland . #DockingBay7 closes for regular service at 7pm, with check-in starting at 8pm. Once you check in at the podium outside, you receive your lanyard credential, & you join the line to the cashier, in case you want to purchase alcoholic beverages.

The food portion of the package appears to be available every night, but fireworks viewing is only on days when fireworks are being shown, so keep that in mind if watching the fireworks is actually important to you.

I'm guessing it was an approximation of the ribs that were on the menu when they first opened, which included a cabbage slaw and the blueberry corn muffin. But that dish was so much better. We also tried the new fried chicken bao at #DockingBay7 yesterday - crispy chicken bao (the chicken are crispy, not the bao), spicy katsu sauce and creamy slaw. Good texture on the bao, good flavor on the chicken with the little bit of spicy from the sauce tempered by the coolness of the slaw. Really enjoyed this dish too. I hadn't had the Endorian fried chicken tip-yip in quite some time and hadn't noticed that it was no longer a rectangular block of chicken like it used to be. I wanted to try the new temple rootleaf and moss salad. The dressing and brined vegetables are tangy, and there are some nice ingredients you don't normally find in a regular salad, but it's not much more substantial than a side salad. #Disneyland 1/2
