We also tried the new fried chicken bao at #DockingBay7 yesterday - crispy chicken bao (the chicken are crispy, not the bao), spicy katsu sauce and creamy slaw. Good texture on the bao, good flavor on the chicken with the little bit of spicy from the sauce tempered by the coolness of the slaw. Really enjoyed this dish too. We tried the new dewback chili noodles from #DockingBay7 yesterday - spiced fettuccine noodles, gingered ground pork with broccolini stems, and shredded red cabbage. Generally, I thought it was tasty, though after a few bites, the brownie was showing its richness. I did enjoy the mousse. I think it would have helped to have coffee with the dessert. On Friday, I tried the Kashyyyk cake (brownie base, raspberry sauce, tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse) from #DockingBay7 in celebration of #LifeDay .
