We also tried the new fried chicken bao at #DockingBay7 yesterday - crispy chicken bao (the chicken are crispy, not the bao), spicy katsu sauce and creamy slaw. Good texture on the bao, good flavor on the chicken with the little bit of spicy from the sauce tempered by the coolness of the slaw. Really enjoyed this dish too. Ended up not waiting for Ahsoka Day lightsaber meet up at Galaxy's Edge. We were there, in line but the line was not moving and it was past 9pm and my wife's blood sugar was dropping. But it looked awesome from the photos. I did pick up Ashley Eckstein signed Ahsoka Tano Legacy Sabers!!! I will take a photo of it later to show you all.

On Friday, I tried the Kashyyyk cake (brownie base, raspberry sauce, tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse) from #DockingBay7 in celebration of #LifeDay .
