Auch wenn ich meinen Geldbeutel daheim gelassen habe, habe ich die Chance genutzt und mein Neuheiten-Abo gekündigt, dass ich für #DnD5e Produkte bei meinem Händler hatte.

Mit #bigbypresentsgloryofthegiants hat’s mir #WotC aber leicht gemacht. Neben ihrem ganzen Corporate Greed, mit dem #OGLDesaster, dem #DnDNext mit seinem angekündigten monatlichen Gebühren Modell, dem stetig wachsenden Output bei nachlassender Qualität, kommt jetzt also der Einsatz von #AIArtwork.

Ich spiele lieber #NSR.

So that whole #wotc #dndnext #ogl controversy. Devin at Legal Eagle raises an excellent point: The mechanics, rules, procedures, and traditions of a game are not, legally speaking, intellectual property, and can't be copyrighted or trademarked. Home-brew game content that doesn't reproduce D&D content or use actual IP like characters and worlds and stories that Wizards owns or created doesn't *need* a license, the law provides all the license that is required.
