Why is it in #DndD style games that the characters with the highest INT and WIS are the ones that inevitably do the most stupid things?
The adventuring continued last night with the first combat for our group.
The 'smart wise' fighter decides to smash a flaming torch into a flask of oil they are holding. Not just burning themselves, but also the Magic User and my Elf, plus the ex-enemy I had just cast Charm Person on.
Everyone else, friends and enemies, just looked on in confusion.
