If #disempowering , #oppressing & #repressing #marginalized folks makes you feel good - you've got sociopathic & psychopathic tendencies & definitely a POS. If you're OK having the above described folks, who get off on keeping marginalized folks down, in your personal company - you're enabling nasty people. Know better? Choose your personal company better.

@Judeet88 This is like my horrible HP laptop telling me "Your organisation requires you to change your password" when it is my PERSONAL computer and I live alone. The only purpose the password serves is to protect my data from being accessed if it were to be stolen in a burglary. It does not ever need changing. It is damned offensive when some unknown person who wrote some lines of code is #gaslighting #controlling and #disempowering you and acting against your needs.
