I do this with every tama run I do, even if I've already reviewed a tamagotchi, but this one is new to me, so I have no idea what to expect.

First impressions: Like the pix, I lament the lack of physical buttons. I think pretty physical buttons is a big part of the tamagotchi experience that is fun. I swipe on my phone all day. My phone is a tool. My tamagotchi is a toy and I want it to feel like one.

Maybe my fingers are weird, and also I have long nails, but the screen doesn't feel well calibrated nor is it easy to do gestures, which you need to do to get to other menus.

Switching to english was super easy. I just bought this english patch card and followed the instructions on the product page and it was done really fast! (I did plug the card in wrong 3 times though :neobot_nervous_sweat:)
