"In #Utah, the #DigitalChoiceAct now takes effect on July 1st 2027: it requires #socialmedia companies to provide user-authorised #portability and #interoperability interfaces for the #personaldata and #socialgraph portions a user has selected, with consent for further interactions… That is number portability for social graphs—still subject to rulemaking. Because if you do not have it, the platform has every reason to squeeze you and none to actually improve itself."
