Ah mirá vos: había tooteado sobre los misiles iraníes a la isla Diego García, tomando como fuente a la rusa RT, que a su vez levantaba del Wall Street Journal pero que uno podría pensar que tendrían algún tipo de chequeo, ¿no? (Ya sé que su rigurosidad periodística es, como la de todos, por lo menos dudosa, pero bue...).
Pues ahí leo en Al Jazeera que Irán niega ese ataque. En concreto, la nota plantea:
"Un alto funcionario iraní declaró a Al Jazeera que Teherán no es responsable del supuesto lanzamiento de misiles.
A principios de este mes, en una entrevista con la cadena estadounidense NBC, el ministro de Asuntos Exteriores iraní, Abbas Araghchi, rechazó la afirmación del presidente estadounidense Donald Trump de que Teherán había desarrollado misiles capaces de alcanzar territorio estadounidense.
«Tenemos la capacidad de producir misiles, pero nos hemos limitado intencionadamente a un alcance inferior a 2000 km porque no queremos ser percibidos como una amenaza por nadie en el mundo», declaró Araghchi el 8 de marzo."
Con lo cual, cabe pensar si no fue un ataque de falsa bandera, que apunta a plantear que Irán es más peligroso de lo que es y sumarle presión a, por ejemplo, Europa para que se meta en la ofensiva yanqui-israelí. Las declaraciones de Israel sobre el tema, por ejemplo, apuntan explícitamente a eso.
Como en toda guerra, nunca tenemos que dar una noticia como cierta, y siempre tenemos que sospechar que es operación y propaganda (hacia uno o incluso varios lados a la vez).
Edit: por supuesto, borré el toot en cuestión, ya que la nota sigue colgada en RT y no dieron otras novedades, con lo cual de ser lo que parece, termina siendo parte de la operación de desinformación.
