We will break the ice with two sessions on hashtag#AI, to tackle the elephant in the room (Lead, code, AI: dev's new frontier and hashtag#Zap the flakes! Leveraging AI to combat flaky tests), we will go beyond frameworks, training agile leaders for lasting change, and we will debate if you’re not part of the solution, are you part of the problem?
To be fair, I am curious about what keeps tech leaders up at night in 2025, so we will host a panel on this. And for those still recovering from the presidential elections, we tackle The Two Romanias: How a Leader's Habits Influence Organizational Culture and How Organizational Culture Shapes National Culture. We will see how leading through infrastructure investment decisions helps with a limited budget.
Towards the afternoon, we will be looking to the future engineer: how to stay relevant in the age of AI, and we will close with an analysis of Multi cloud: behind the hype.
