Regardless, it was a good presentation and very well delivered, especially in Austin.

@djpardis I went to #DataCouncil23 together with my two co-founders, and it was a great experience overall. Some of the keynotes were exceptional, the talks and workshops were really good, and we enjoyed speaking with the people at the stands. It was well worth it for us, because it gave us a much clearer picture of the products, the community and our path forward.

We see a steady stream of #DuckDBSqlTools installs & crossed 1K after two months in #VSCode marketplace. What was the spike on March 27th? @DataCouncilAI was hosting their #DataCouncil23 conference & devs were installing our #DuckDB #SQLTools to try that #DataTool ext. in IDE. 😎

Still debating whether I should go to #DataCouncil23 this year, but the agenda leaves much to be desired IMO.

Without a doubt I'd be stoked to hear from @imightbemary, @djpardis, @ianwhitestone, @abhi, @meredith and @tayloramurphy but ngl pretty disappointed by most of the other speakers who are like 90% vendors, white men, and founders/CEOs... and many cases all 3...

Did they not learn from last year? Where is the relatable practitioner content?
