@katzenjens Hier war gerade ähnliches Thema gestern. Es geht um Urlaub: mitnehmen oder nicht? Nicht mitnehmen ist nach extrem kurzer Betrachtung dass unüberraschende Ergebnis.
1. erstellte Bilder seit Kauf der Kamera: ca. 200-300 (damit Kosten je Bild ca. 5,30 Euro 🧐)
2. Davon wieviele Bilder von anderen gesehen: 0
3. Davon selbst nochmal betrachtete Bilder: keine Ahnung.
Entscheidung war einfach.

'Nah dran' #fotoVorschlag

nah dran ist mir in der #Fotografie am liebsten, deshalb beispielhaft hier der Kopf einer männlichen Zauneidechse (Lacerta agilis), aufgenommen mit meiner #Nikon #D500 und einem #Nikkor 105mm Makro. Das Bild ist unbearbeitet und kein Ausschnitt 🦎

It is so excruciatingly frustrating to go #birding with my current zoom lense, and it misses focus for even the simplest shots. There have been some amazing poses and frames that are lost to time because of it. Pretty sure it's got some mechanical failure. Time to start saving for a new one. Been wanting to upgrade to a longer zoom anyway.

@eldub More depth of field is always easy to get. With your full frame sensor you can simply do more, though you are not getting the crop factor of a smaller lens, eg long focal length is cheaper to achieve on a smaller sensor, though you have potentially more pixels you can use and crop in post processing. If you are into bird photography and long focal lengths, then the #D750 might be suboptimal and eg a #D500 more suitable, else you are good. I was recently gifted some IX-Nikkor lenses. These are lenses designed for a unpopular film camera system Nikon produced.

(of which I am only aware Nikon only released one camera for, the Pronea S) which used a not very popular film format (APS).

The lenses are incompatible with normal mounts; however not wanting these to go to waste, I now have a adapted lens, with working aperature, auto focus, metering... Pictured above. 💜

Copper Cowboy living statue at night in downtown Toronto. It was so dark that night I walked past him. My wife had to point him out to me. Good he wasn't  moving. On my #D500 crop I needed to go to iso 8000, 1/30th at f3.5.
