oil on canvas 1931#CurtQuerner (1804-1976) was a representative of the #NewObjectivity movement and a #painter of #realism. he developed a unique perspective on the world due to his parents' deafness. At the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts in 1926, he studied under renowned artists such as #RichardMüller, #GeorgLührig, and #OttoDix.
