CORUS update:
Due to #CRTC unable to issue decision to approve transaction, Corus was able to delay CCAA invocation until October 31. But every delay of the recapitalisation makes Corus's financial health worse.
"This third amending agreement extends the term of the Waiver from September 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026 in light of the Company’s previously announced recapitalization transaction. "

Corus is awaiting #CRTC approval for its recapitalisation proposal (technically causes change of ownership). They got a waiver from creditors on meeting various covenants while await CRTC decision. This waiver expores Sept 1 2026.
