We had a lovely Jackdaw companion with us the other day at Cromer, Norfolk. He wanted chips, tbh, but he was very patient and eventually was rewarded. -

We had intended to go to #Sheringham today but on arrival in the town we discovered it was 1940’s weekend:

Which means a hell of a lot of flags apparently and belching steam trains combined with the exhaust fumes of the oldest cars still just about running.
We gave it a miss.
And had #Cromer almost entirely to ourselves. Bliss!
