You know what’s the opposite of lembas bread? #Filinchen. It was #EastGermany’s response to #CrispBread and you can still buy it today. It’s super light and not filling at all. You could eat a whole pack and still be hungry.
I’m not saying it isn’t good, it’s more like it doesn’t even exist! It just adds crispness to its topping. It feels like eating crispy jam.
