In "Stranded in Space," an astronaut crashes into a Counter-Earth, a 10th planet of the solar system we can't see because it's on the exact opposite side of Earth's orbit.
An #MST3K fan wiki helpfully tells me a planet can't hide opposite Earth, because Earth's orbit isn't circular enough. But you know what? According to #Spelljammer, planetary orbits in #ADnD *are* perfectly circular. So to ahead and put a #counterearth in your AD&D solar systems, I guess.
