And in other other news, I thought I was going to have to spend this weekend #debuggering #mdns and #networking to try to see why one of my #Linux VMs (and only one of them) was being so stupidly slow and unstable after I got a new DSL modem, but (touch wood) it seems to have magically stabilised. Hurrah! Yes, that means that the problem was definitely #DNS, and that it will come back and bite me again in the future, but it works now so I don't care.
