    @pgmj I think this remains a problem. I was last working on practical implementations of #ItemBaning #ComputerizedAdaptive testing roughly a decade ago. Concerto was then only emerging at the #PsychometricsCentre.

    Back then there was a disconnect between communities developing the #psychometrics and those working on the technical implementation. And at least in my fields that has not been solved.
