If you think it's just more #lies, there's something you may have totally missed.
He is not lying! Again... he's NOT lying!
He is flat out admiting in no uncertain terms, that there IS #fraud and #corruption running rampant.
Notice that he says everything in PRESENT TENSE. There's no "was" or "they were"
His tone intends to lead the crowd to assume the exact opposite.
