    Interested in the rationale and functionality behind a high quality #nextflow pipeline for simultaneous #TaxonomicClassification for shotgun #metagenomics (e.g. #microbiome , #pathogen , #clinicalmetagenomics , #sedaDNA ), that on top allows simultaneous profiling against multiple databases for all tools in the pipeline?
