  3. Had appointment with foetal specialist yesterday and they casually told us our little one has a 1/7 likelihood of #Downsyndrome or some other #chromosomal condition. We were offered an #Amniocentesis which will determine whether or not this is the case. C is really struggling and I’m going through a lot of emotions. Do we really want to know the result? How would it impact us and little one? We’re older parents - is it fair on the unborn child to have to fend for themselves in 40 years time?
