With the recent app update, S-Pankki introduced the dumb "extra checks" SMS-verification flow which was not a thing before, and now they expect me to have access to the throwaway sim card from four years ago before I can do transactions over a few hundred euros in size, such as to return loans or pay rent.
As always, "TOTP and Webauthn? Never heard".
