Lonely boy

He is standing in the shadows

Blond hair covering his sad blue eyes

Which he hides behind the overgrown haircut

So anyone can’t look too deeply into them

And see the true depth of sadness

Or the loneliness he feels

Even when it’s the time

Step from shadows into spotlights 

And to be on the stage again

Different city or country

He no longer know where he is

It all started to look the same anyway

Another sold out show

Yet how can anyone be so lonely? 

As he is

There he is standing front of sea of people

Still he is so lonely

The loneliness is gnawing a hole in his heart

Making it bigger again  

And there ain’t seem to be cure for it

The loneliness ain’t leaving him alone

It remains

No matter what he is trying to use

To make it go away

Everything he tries

Works just for a moment

But the loneliness always comes back

Somehow even worse than before

And the hole in his heart just gets bigger

As time goes by

There are just few

Fleeing moments

Where he can escape from the loneliness

Under those spotlights

 He can steal moment where he is actually feeling

Something else than loneliness and emptiness

That have been followed him so long

He can’t even remember how long it had been

But there he is on a stage front sea of people

Still he is just a lonely boy

Drowning in his own thoughts

No matter how loud they all scream his name

Part of it can’t ever fill the void in his heart
