This is my understanding:
- no fee to go through Strait Of Hormuz
- no removal of US bases
- no mention of Iran's missile program
- no mention of Iran support of resistanceAnd IMO the most important part:
No mention of guarantees that the US and Israel will not break these agreements in the future.
The nuclear program, sanctions and rebuilding are all part of the future negotiations.
Call me crazy, but to me, it sounds like the results of this agreement is to go back to pre war-on-iran situation between Iran, US and Israel. With the exception that Iran lost most of its military, petrochemical facilities and heavy industries.

۱. توقف درگیریها و تضمینهای امنیتی
🔹در گام نخست، توقف کامل عملیات نظامی علیه ایران و لبنان و جلوگیری از هرگونه اقدام نظامی جدید در دستور کار قرار دارد. همچنین طرف آمریکایی باید تضمینهای لازم را برای جلوگیری از تکرار تنشها ارائه کند.۲. آزادسازی داراییها
🔹براساس چارچوب مورد بحث، بخشی از داراییهای بلوکهشده ایران در ابتدای اجرای توافق آزاد خواهد شد و همزمان روند تعلیق برخی محدودیتها و تحریمهای اقتصادی آغاز میشود تا امکان افزایش مبادلات اقتصادی و فروش نفت فراهم شود.
۳. رفع محدودیتهای دریایی و تجاری
🔹یکی از محورهای اصلی توافق، تسهیل تردد کشتیهای تجاری ایران و کاهش محدودیتهای دریایی است. هدف این بخش، بازگشت تجارت دریایی ایران به شرایط عادی و رفع موانع موجود در مسیر حملونقل بینالمللی عنوان شده است.

A senior Iranian military official told Al-Mayadeen:
"To follow up on the ceasefire process in Lebanon, after diplomatic efforts yielded no results, we went to the brink of war several times, and launch platforms were ready to fire missiles.
Last night, we were forced to set a final deadline. Eventually, the enemy, seeing the seriousness and certainty of the start of the operation, and simultaneously witnessing Hezbollah's courageous resistance on the front lines, was compelled to stop the fire on Lebanon."
