#ComeForLunch for day 12 of #veganuary2023 is #vegan #bakeoff day. These are lovely rich chickpea #brownies and #carrotcake squares. I don't put an icing on the carrot cakes, we prefer it without, but there is an excellent vegan one we have used in the #recipe below. No need for eggs or dairy in your #baking.
