What a lot of BS and waste of taxpayers’ money. It is well documented that regardless of building approvals, developers and builders will not build anything unless it is profitable to do so. It is also well documented (I tooted about this a little while ago) that there are many fully approved developments that are sitting idle gathering dust until the prifit margins are more favourable to the developers/builders.
NOTE: Cutting red tape, in the currently deregulated markets, is a euphmism for #NeoLiberalism and panders to the #Grifters. So, now you know where the #BudgetMay26 is coming from.
